The intention: practice the basics and fundamentals. More than learning, this is where we unlearn and relearn how to use our voice modulation and gestures effectively.

  • Introducing Yourself (20s), a clean, confident self-introduction using gestures, your place, and a curiosity hook about your expertise.
  • Intro + Favourite Quote (30s), lead into a quote you love, said once, then repeated with voice modulation.
  • Intro + Best Advice (30s), set the scene, name the low moment, then deliver the advice that changed things.
  • Intro + 3 Things I Have Learnt (30s), three crisp lessons from your work, each said once, then repeated.
  • Three Important Things About My Expertise (30s), a short pitch for your ideal client: three things they should know.
  • Seasonal Greetings (30s), a warm greeting tied to a festival or occasion, and why it's celebrated.

The intention: keep practicing the fundamentals, now with storytelling, recitation and emotional resonance. We keep unlearning and relearning voice modulation and gestures.

  • Telling a Joke (60s), timing, the build-up, and the punchline pause.
  • Three Life Lessons to Your Younger Self (60s), three lessons you wish you had known.
  • Recite a Powerful Poem (90–120s), recite an inspiring poem with feeling.
  • The Great Dictator Speech (120s), Chaplin's closing speech, focused on conviction and pacing.
  • Recite a Powerful Verse + Translate (60s), a 4-line verse in its original language, then translated.

The intention: one value, one personal story, one transformation. Still practicing the fundamentals, unlearning and relearning how voice and gestures carry a message.

  • Boldness, a moment where courage outweighed comfort.
  • Empathy, a time you truly listened with heart.
  • Learning, when reflection turned experience into growth.
  • Integrity, being the same person on stage and off.
  • Expression, being true to yourself, not impressive to others.
  • Vulnerability, the courage to be seen as you are.
  • Encouragement, helping someone rise when they doubt themselves.

A 15-minute morning session that builds discipline, clarity of thought, communication fluency and alignment with YGB values. Each day a member facilitates the flow:

  • 3 min, Poem / affirmation for the day, repeated after the facilitator, to set the tone.
  • 3 min, Silent breathing for calm, clarity and presence.
  • 3 min, Free-flow speaking (video on, mic muted) to align thinking and speaking.
  • 4 min, Two Core Value talks (2 minutes each) on the BELIEVE values.
  • 2 min, Verse recitation and its meaning in your own words.

Stay 15 more minutes after, if you like, to read or learn something together.

Every Tuesday at 8 PM, members meet online and practice live together, presenting their Level 1, 2 and 3 activities and getting honest, immediate feedback. It's the safe room where you rehearse before you ever step onto a real stage.

No. YGB is a stage-and-audience network. The practice is real and structured, but what you're really getting is a real audience, a real stage, and a professional video of your talk. We're not a practice club, we're a stage.
Most clubs put you in a room of fellow learners and call it practice. We put you in front of a real audience that matters, and hand you the footage. The audience is the point.
There are five levels, and they are your journey. Levels 1 to 3 are practice, included in the Online Membership: 30-second talks (Emerging Speaker), 60-second talks (Confident Speaker) and 2-minute talks (Compelling Speaker). Level 4 is the in-person IMPACT Practice Room, your first real audience (Influential Speaker). Level 5 is the Expert Series, in person to business-school students (Impactful Speaker). You grow through Levels 1 to 3 by practicing, then take the Hybrid Membership to step onto the Level 4 and 5 stages.
You climb the ladder, then take the Hybrid Membership. It opens the in-person IMPACT Practice Room, twice a month, two hours each, where you present to a live audience. Yes. Your talks on the Hybrid Membership are professionally filmed, and the video is yours to keep. We also cut it into bite-sized reels you can post on LinkedIn and your other social platforms. For many members, that video is the real prize.

YGB is built for accomplished professionals, founders and experts, typically 10+ years in their field. If that's you, you're a natural fit. If you're earlier in your journey, you can still express interest and we'll be in touch.
As little or as much as you want. The 6 AM Club is 15 minutes a day if you join it, Tuesday practice is one evening a week, and the Sunday IMPACT Practice Room is 45 minutes. On the Hybrid Membership, add two in-person sessions a month. The Level 1 to 3 activities are self-paced, so you practice whenever suits you.
The Online Membership, the 6AM Club, Tuesday practice and the Sunday IMPACT Practice Room are online, open to professionals anywhere. The in-person IMPACT Practice Room and the Expert Series are currently in Bengaluru. If you're elsewhere, tell us your city when you join, we open new cities based on demand.
Yes. Once you've grown through the levels, experienced members can be invited to help run YGB, facilitating sessions and, in time, leading their own circle. It is how the community grows beyond any one person. This comes later, by invitation.
