The intention: practice the basics and fundamentals. More than learning, this is where we unlearn and relearn how to use our voice modulation and gestures effectively.
- Introducing Yourself (20s), a clean, confident self-introduction using gestures, your place, and a curiosity hook about your expertise.
- Intro + Favourite Quote (30s), lead into a quote you love, said once, then repeated with voice modulation.
- Intro + Best Advice (30s), set the scene, name the low moment, then deliver the advice that changed things.
- Intro + 3 Things I Have Learnt (30s), three crisp lessons from your work, each said once, then repeated.
- Three Important Things About My Expertise (30s), a short pitch for your ideal client: three things they should know.
- Seasonal Greetings (30s), a warm greeting tied to a festival or occasion, and why it's celebrated.
The intention: keep practicing the fundamentals, now with storytelling, recitation and emotional resonance. We keep unlearning and relearning voice modulation and gestures.

A 15-minute morning session that builds discipline, clarity of thought, communication fluency and alignment with YGB values. Each day a member facilitates the flow:
- 3 min, Poem / affirmation for the day, repeated after the facilitator, to set the tone.
- 3 min, Silent breathing for calm, clarity and presence.
- 3 min, Free-flow speaking (video on, mic muted) to align thinking and speaking.
- 4 min, Two Core Value talks (2 minutes each) on the BELIEVE values.
- 2 min, Verse recitation and its meaning in your own words.
Stay 15 more minutes after, if you like, to read or learn something together.
Every Tuesday at 8 PM, members meet online and practice live together, presenting their Level 1, 2 and 3 activities and getting honest, immediate feedback. It's the safe room where you rehearse before you ever step onto a real stage.
